Hey one and all!!!!!!!
Has anyone been really successful with addiction, mainly cessation of smoking?
I have had a few clients now and most of them quit half way through their course of treatments,
so I am wondering if there's something wrong that I doing or if it's the client's lack of willpower?
Please let me know your opinions!
Thanks

Smoking Cessation
Monique,
What I like to do is before I use any NADA protocol or the 'Sweet Spot'/TianMeiShui, I give my patient a 'Smokers Who Want To Quit' book. Call the Canadian Cancer Society and they will be able to send you out some brochures and/or books on this. I ask my patients to call the helpline on the back and tell them that if they don't call the number by the second appointment, I'll know they're not serious.
The helpline kicks ass! They will call and check up with your client, plan a quit date, and they have counsellors available all of the time.
There are many variables,
There are many variables, readiness, desire, willpower, health conditions, affiliates, social partners, eating habits, just to name a few. Treatment can be anywhere between 1-100 before positive results noticed.
By saying that, smoking reduction is much faster and easier than cessation, and will eventually lead to stop smoking.
